From the GA-400 North, take Exit 11 onto Windward Parkway.  Turn left.  Windward Parkway becomes Windward Pkwy West. Turn right onto Deerfield Pkwy and then right onto Morris Rd.  Orion at Deerfield Village will be on your left.

From I-85 North, take Exit 251 towards GA-400/Greenville.  Then, keep right to take Exit 87 onto the GA-400 North.  Take Exit 11 onto Windward Parkwayand turn left.  Windward Parkway becomes Windward Pkwy West.  Turn right onto Deerfield Pkwyand then right onto Morris Rd.Orion at Deerfield Village will be on your left.  Welcome home!

PET POLICY

Orion at Deerfield Village is a pet friendly community!  We welcome 1 pet under 50 pounds per apartment, with no pet rent.  There is a $500 pet fee.  Of this fee, $125 is refundable with no damage upon lease expiration. 

We do not accept certain breeds of dogs or mixes of the following breeds including: Akita , Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and St. Bernard.   

Snakes, spiders and ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons.  
The following non-traditional pets ARE acceptable: Turtles, Green Tree Frogs, African Dwarfed Frogs, Chinese Hamsters, Hermit Crabs, Gerbils, and Canary.  Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
